Trash in the Right-of-Way

Trash work orders fall under the Community Enhancement category of work orders and are handled by the community enhancement crew with assistance from the streets crew for large cleanups. Trash in the Right of Way is the most frequent service request and work order within the Community Enhancement Category.

Clean City Initiative

The Clean City Initiative advances new and existing programs to reduce trash accumulation and illegal dumping across the  City. The initiative is a collaborative effort between the City Manager's Office, Public Works Department, Stockton Police Department, Republic Services, Waste Management and community volunteers.
Community Clean-up Events
Public Works staff is seeking volunteers to pick up litter and complete organized civic beautification projects. Events are scheduled twice a month within each City Council District.
